Labbani Brothers co. is a highly professional injection mold manufacturing and plastic injection molding company. We specialize in contract manufacturing complex, high-precision injection molded components and assemblies. For over 35 years, we’ve been listening to what our customers need and we have expanded our capabilities to meet each challenge.

L.B. company has invested in the past ten years to improve our technology in both contract manufacturing and plastic injection molding disciplines. We have added best-in-class, high speed plastic injection molding machines and tripled our clean room molding capabilities. Our tool shop has some of the highest speed and closest tolerance machining capabilities in the industry such as lathe, Surface grinding machines and milling machine centers to manufacture many cavity molds with high performance and precision with 10 milions cycle without overhaul.

Injection Mold Tooling Services

We don’t just say that we build great tools; we back it up with a unique production tooling warranty. Labbani Brothers offers a 10-Year warranty for any production tool built by L.B. If you have a demanding plastic injection mold tooling project and need a company that offers both prototype and production tooling, we can help. We are highly experienced in evaluating and refurbishing existing tools. In most cases, we can even provide you with an extended tool warranty on transferred tools. Plastic Product Designe and Development Labbani Brothers co. has been providing plastic Part Design and Product Development services for nearly 20 years. The key to successful Plastic Product Design and Development is speed and experience. L.B. has engineers on staff that utilize the latest software including Catia, Mastercam X5, CAD/CAM and Mold Flow used for both product and tool design. Our full suite of Mold Flow (mold flow simulation) software provides a predictive tool for mold design analysis.

Plastic Injection Molding

We have many injection molding machines that range between 20 tons to 350 tons of clamping pressure. Our Clean Room is considered for food grade production such as bottle caps and food packaging which is our main production. Our investments in equipment have resulted in greater efficiency and better control which translates into higher quality product at a more competitive price.

Plastic Product Designe and Development

Labbani Brothers co. has been providing plastic Part Design and Product Development services for nearly 20 years. The key to successful Plastic Product Design and Development is speed and experience. Hot-Runner Technology

The molds developed and manufactured by L.B.Co. are almost exclusively equipped with our own hot-runner technology. This increases the efficiency of your production processes and has a positive impact on product quality. Thus we have succeeded, for example, in achieving high-performance Hot Runner Systems with 48 Cavity Manifold in the smallest space. Here it is clear: less is more. This reduces the cooling time and thus also the cycle time.
